Since the business began DW Windows Ltd have provided quotes for 6500 customers with our 4000th customer placing an order in September 2014. DW Windows Ltd have now been trading for almost 9 years although director Dave Walters has over 20 years of experience within the window industry. The company prides itself on its customer service and satisfaction constantly evaluating and trying to improve services to ensure that the company continues to expand and grow.
DW Windows Ltd supply and fit Profile 22 and Linear window profiles and feel that the product is high quality, robust, secure and offers customers plenty of choice with design and colour options. We also install conservatories, orangeries, porches, doors, patio’s, garage doors, rubber roofing, Equinox Tiled roofing, car ports, soffit, fascia and guttering. We have customers return again and again for repeat orders as they plan the improvement to their home in stages. Many customers have windows, then a door and then a conservatory or may have the front of the house improved, and then the back. Time and time we are asked back and we develop fantastic relationships with our customers, many of them recommending us to family and friends.
The entire DW Windows Ltd team are directly employed to ensure that we can maintain high levels of customer service, provide training and support for our staff and ensure that we all communicate to ensure that we are meeting our customers expectations day in day out. Our sales staff have no sales gimmicks and offer realistic, reliable advice at competitive prices. Our surveyors have a wealth of industry experience to ensure that each installation can be installed safely and to the specification that the customer requires. Any problems are discussed and ironed out pre- installation to ensure that the job runs as smoothly as possible. Our installers are all educated to NVQ level 2 in window fenestration as a minimum and have all attained their Minimum Technical Competencies set out by our governing body FENSA. We pride ourselves on the reliability of our service, with installations being planned and performed on time, with customers kept informed every step of the way. We have a dedicated after sales coordinator who deals with any issues that customers have post installation to ensure that our customers are 100% happy.
As a business we take the quality of our service very seriously. We are registered with FENSA and are inspected by them regularly to ensure that we are continuing to meet national standards. We are also members of The Guild of Master Craftsmen, The Best of Wolverhampton and Age Concern all of which vet and ensure that our service is meeting customers expectations. We also have our own internal quality initiatives such as post installation checklists and customer satisfaction surveys along with testimonial and recommendation cards for customers to provide us with their feedback.
