Calling all professional sales people!

We are recruiting fresh thinking individuals who are either seeking an opportunity to get into construction sales or are already experienced in this industry. Here we can provide full training to the right person.

Sorry (not sorry) ……. We are not looking for traditional/typical old fashioned “Double Glazing” salespeople who have earned this industry a poor name. This isn’t your typical double glazing sales job!

On offer is a basic salary, uncapped commission, training and the chance to work for a forward-thinking friendly business!

The Role:

🔺Visit customers in their homes throughout the West Midlands to face to face sell our range of Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Porches, and Verandas. Warm leads provided – no cold calling).

🔺All appointments are pre-qualified. We have approx. 60-80 customers per week requiring an appointment / quotation, giving each of our sales representatives an average of 12-14 appointments per week. It’s busy!

🔺Working generally Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9.00am – 4pm over 5 days a week.

🔺One to two days per week working in our busy Meadow Lane, Coseley Showroom to meet and greet our customers to quote and sell our products.

Must have:

🔸PC literate with a good working experience use of Microsoft packages.

🔸Good grammar and numeracy skills.

🔸A valid driving licence and have own vehicle.

🔸Ability to adapt to our tried and tested sales processes.

🔸Excellent time management skills.

🔸Positive experience in interacting with people in a customer-facing role.

Desirable:

🔸Working knowledge of the fenestration and or construction industry.

🔸Home selling experience with the ability to negotiate effectively. (Warm leads provided – no cold calling).

Salary:

🔸Basic Salary + Generous Commission + £120 per month fuel allowance.

Assistant Sales Manager (Co-ordinator)

Our Assistant Sales Manager (Co-ordinator) assists the Sales Manager in managing the success of the DW Windows Ltd sales results. It’s all about people working as a team. This is an ideal role for someone who is already EXPERIENCED in sales, people and diary management and wants the opportunity to learn and step into a future Sales Manager role in this business. #successionplanning

The role:

Working desk based in a busy sales office / showroom and assisting the Sales Manager in all aspects of running a busy sales office / team, managing sales reports and leading and training the team.

Answering incoming sales calls to book appointments and also making outbound follow up calls to close sales (no cold calling!).

Full use of CRM system to book and manage appointments.

Meet & greet customers in the showroom & provide sales information on our products and services.

Calculate quotations for Windows and Doors for our residential customers, provide quotations to customers both verbally and written (training provided), therefore must have a willingness to learn about the UPVC products we sell.

Job specific training will be provided however applicants must have the following experience before applying.

The successful applicant MUST HAVE:

– Must have at least 1 year of relatable or transferrable skills i.e. Experience of selling, leading, guiding and training others.

– Must be willing to learn about (and get excited about!) the products we sell.

– Must be PC savvy with experience of using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools such as Word.

– Must have excellent writing, language and literacy skills.

– Must be confident in interacting with customers and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time 5 days per week = 41.25 hours from 8.30-5.15 (role includes working Saturdays 8.30-4.15).

Pay: £29,277 p.a (rising depending on your experience)

Holiday: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. No Christmas working as we close over Christmas!

Operations Support Assistant

Job Overview:
Due to continued growth we are recruiting a Full Time Operations Support Assistant to work in our busy Installations Office.

Hours – 7.15am-4.00pm Mon – Fri 41.25 hours per week (flexibility required).

Location:

8 Meadow Lane Coseley WV14 9NQ.

Role:
Our aim is to complete all installations on time, to a high standard with a “right first time” approach. Our Operations Support Team are desk based supporting our surveyors, installers and service engineers to make this happen.

Our Operations Department consists of:

  • Planning Dept
  • Live Installations Dept
  • Aftersales Dept

This role will be working in one of these departments (depending on skills) with a view to being trained in all three.

This role involves liaising with customers, installers, surveyors and suppliers sometimes dealing with challenges therefore a decision maker level with a level of maturity and responsibility is required.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and able to make logical decisions while following company processes.
  • Willing and able to learn about our products from a manufacturing perspective, so a great learner with attention to detail required.
  • The candidate must be an organised individual who possesses strong communication skills.
  • Must have experience of using a CRM system and have excellent written communication.
  • An excellent confident telephone manner is essential.
  • Proven work experience within a busy operations office or similar role ideally in double glazing or construction is preferred.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Competent multitasker and holds excellent IT skills.

Duties:

🔺 Supporting the Operations Co-Ordinator in planning & co-ordinating all installations, this will mean liaising with installers to support them with live installations.

🔺 Supporting the Operations Co-Ordinator in co-ordinating all aftersales calls, this will mean liaising with the service engineers to support them with in-guarantee calls.

🔺 Ensuring installations are ready and all information and stock is ready for the fitting teams with clear and transparent instructions.

🔺 Ordering products from suppliers.

🔺 Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure deliveries have been received and in time for installations.

🔺 Liaising with customers to ensure that the install is completed to full satisfaction.

🔺 Provide an excellent level of customer service and influence the wider team to achieve the same.
