DW Windows Covid 19 update
To all of our customers, past, present and future….. We want to update you on our current status in light of the Covid-19 outbreak. Here at DW Windows Ltd, we are trying to continue with ‘business as usual’ for as long as possible. We are however taking special precautions to protect our customers, our staff and the local community. We are following all guidance set by the government and the NHS and we are updating ourselves and our team daily. We have strict hygiene measures in place. We have restricted all non-essential business visitors to our double glazed window showrooms in Wolverhampton for the foreseeable future and are adopting a more digital way of communicating with our staff.
Our sales, installation and aftersales teams are continuing to work as normal with hygiene precautions in place. We ask everyone to be vigilant and inform us of any member of your household has developed symptoms, or requires self-isolation, so that appointments can be re-scheduled for a later date. Our staff will also check with home owners prior to entering any property, so please don’t be offended.
We have a virtual tour of our showrooms on our website and are still able to provide quotations.
We will continue to monitor things daily and work closely with our customers and our staff to ensure that our business continues function, whilst protecting everyone involved.
