Operations Support Assistant

We are recruiting a full time Operations Support Assistant to work in our busy Live Installations Team.

Hours – 8.00am-4.00pm Mon โ€“ Fri 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required).

The desirable candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills with excellent people organisation and influencing skills. This job involves liaising with customers, installers, surveyors and suppliers sometimes dealing with challenges therefore a decision maker level with a level of maturity and responsibility is required.


๐Ÿ”บ Supporting the Operations Co-Ordinator in co-ordinating installations, this will mean liaising with installers to support them with live installations.

๐Ÿ”บ Ensuring installations are ready and all information and stock is ready for the fitting teams with clear and transparent instructions.

๐Ÿ”บ Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure deliveries have been received and in time for installations.

๐Ÿ”บ Liaising with customers to ensure that the install is completed to full satisfaction.

๐Ÿ”บ Find ways to increase quality of customer service throughout complaint investigation and resolution.

๐Ÿ”บ Provide an excellent level of customer service and influence the wider team to achieve the same.


๐Ÿ”ธ Proven work experience within a busy operations office or similar role ideally in double glazing or construction is preferred.

๐Ÿ”ธ Determined and enthusiastic, ready to join a growing business with a big vision.

๐Ÿ”ธ Excellent communication & organisational skills.

๐Ÿ”ธ Excellent customer service skills & telephone manner.

๐Ÿ”ธ A team player with a positive attitude.

๐Ÿ”ธ Familiarity with business processes and financial principles.

๐Ÿ”ธ Competent multitasker and holds excellent IT skills.

๐Ÿ”ธ A decision maker able to work with limited supervision.

๐Ÿ”ธ Able to liaise with suppliers, installers, surveyors and managers sometimes dealing with challenges.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
