Sales Team Manager position

We’re a highly respected double glazing company serving the West Midlands. We are expanding, currently with 2 showrooms and actively looking to acquire a 3rd. We pride ourselves on our work ethic, coupled with our honest and ethical approach.
Our ideal candidate will be a determined and enthusiastic sales professional looking to join a growing business with a big vision to manage and grow an existing sales team and manage proven processes. You’ll be customer-facing in our exceptionally specified head office showroom, and also responsible for responding to larger commercial enquiries.
You’ll preferably have experience in our industry, possess excellent communication skills and be a dedicated and persistent team player. You’ll identify with our high standards and be devoted to customer service excellence, be open to new ideas and apply a thorough and methodical approach to help us continue to improve our offering.
You’ll be rewarded with a competitive basic salary and profit-related bonuses. OTE £50,000
