I started the company as I like construction in general and I love to be able to really transform people’s homes, I now enjoy the challenge of growing the business, providing jobs for my staff and developing people and I want DW to be the best in the business!!

Qualified as a registered nurse after leaving school. This then developed into setting up my own home care company, which I owned and managed for 13 years.

Interesting Fact

I once did a sky dive from 15,000 feet out of an aeroplane. Dave bought it for me for Christmas.

I have worked in high street retail in various roles for a number of years. I’m new to double glazing but it’s so similar to retail, always put the customer first.

Walking long distances especially when it’s along the coast.

After I left my last job I travelled the world for 3 & 1/2 months… on a cruise ship!

I worked for Lloyd’s Bank plc for 30 years prior to starting at DW Windows. My job roles varied over the years from branch roles to call centre to training roles to business banking. My absolute favourite was when I was a trainer , here I trained all the new entrants and management within the call centres.

I love the theatre, dancing and my daughters are my world ?

I have danced in the West End at Her Majesty’s theatre and I own my own performing arts school and cheer leading company with a circa of 100 students (CLPA) since I was 16 years old, based in Bushbury, Stafford Rd , Wolverhampton. Two of my cheerleading teams are currently international champions!

Been with DW since September 2018 and started at Stafford Rd as a Sales Support Supervisor moving to Business Support at Coseley. A friendly team and highly driven on Customer Service and putting the customer 1st!

Sophie joined DW Windows as a 16 year old apprentice and has worked competently in all areas of the business from Sales to Accounts and now works in the Operations Support Department as an Installation Planner.
